Biography

Ronald Williams received the Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from M.I.T. in 1984. He also holds B.S. and M.S. degrees in Electrical Engineering from the University of Virginia granted in 1977 and 1978, respectively. Dr. Williams joined the faculty in 1985. He is also licensed as a Professional Engineer in Virginia.
