Biography

Stephen Jones received the B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. degrees in Electrical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, in 1984, 1987 and 1989 respectively. Stephen's general research and teaching interests are semiconductor materials, devices, and circuits.

Current Research

Research is related to Electronic material, devices, and circuits.
